KRAGTAR: AN AMERICAN MONSTER MUSICAL WILL BE PERFORMED OFF-BROADWAY in 2017!

FRIDAY, DECEMBER 1st THROUGH SUNDAY, DECEMBER 17TH, 2017

THE WEST END THEATRE (at The Church of St. Paul and St. Andrew, 263 West 86th Street, NYC)

An American prophecy foretells that a terrifying monster will emerge soon after the dawn of the 21st century to wreak havoc on the country. Once upon a time, Harry Fine and Harvey Finkler, scientists and lovers, had proven its legitimacy, but they were laughed out of Stanford and split apart, never to see each other again.

Now, the prophecy has seemingly come true; a Godzilla-esque monster has awakened, leaving a trail of blood, tears, and destroyed Chick-Fil-A establishments in its wake. And with the government in the throes of a shutdown, the two gay scientists are forced to reunite from their separate lives - Fine as celebrity hot-shot “Sexiest Man in Science” and Finkler as a closeted Sunday school teacher living with his “beard” in the Midwest.

But their adventure is fraught with perils, from a Congress too busy binge-watching and trying on flatulent shoes, to the jealous Beard with her family values and strong opinions about same-sex marriage and CNN. And unbeknownst to our heroes as they face the dreaded Kragtar in battle, there may be a far greater monster lurking in the shadows, ready to swallow America whole.
