Third Space is delighted to announce their acceptance into The Brick Resident Artists Program. The residency, which will occur between August and September, and will include Third Space’s New York premiere of Fireface, an award-winning play, by Marius von Mayenburg, translation by Maja Zade.

Fireface reveals how two children, Kurt and Olga, engage in a violent struggle to be seen, heard, and break free in the confines of a stable family. Using only the weapons they possess - Kurt and Olga manipulate their sexual power and pyromaniac obsession in this provocative and chilling work.

Performances will begin August 26th, 2015. The production will be directed by Benjamin Viertel, sets by Bryce Cutler, costumes by Sylvianne Shurman, lighting by Mary Ellen Stebbins, and sound design by Daniel Lundberg. The cast is yet to be announced.
